Gretchen joined the Berkshire United Way team in April 2019. She holds a BFA in dance and a BA in communication from Rutgers University.
Prior to moving to the Berkshires in 2016, Gretchen worked in arts administration and event planning and production in New York City for over a decade.
She currently resides in Lee and volunteers with the Lee Elementary School Council and PTO, her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, and at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival. Gretchen is also a member of the 2023 class of the Berkshire Leadership Program, as well as recently completing the 2024 Transformational Leadership Retreat at Kripalu.
