Manager of Finance and Administration

POSITION SUMMARY
Effective management of Berkshire United Way’s finances and operations provides the cornerstone of our work serving the people of Berkshire County and working to build a community where everyone can thrive. As our Finance and Administration Manager, you will work with the President and CEO, the Berkshire United Way Board of Directors, leadership team and staff to manage BUW’s financial resources including budgeting, auditing, accounting, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, and cash flow control. You will be responsible for safeguarding BUW’s assets through proper controls and managing administrative functions including regulatory reporting, insurance matters, human resources and benefit management, and legal issues. You will also support your community impact, fundraising, marketing, and volunteer colleagues in doing their best and most effective work.
