Volunteers are critical to achieving Berkshire United Way’s mission:  improving the quality of life in Berkshire County by mobilizing resources to address community priorities to create sustainable change. That’s because mobilizing resources goes beyond financial support.  It means actively engaging our donors, funded partners, and other members of the community to participate as volunteers to help improve life for all in our community.
