Berkshire United Way's Community Impact work results in investment that directly impacts thousands of lives in Berkshire County each year. The number and types of programs funded changes from year to year as a result of the competitive grant process. Only those partners and programs that best demonstrate outcomes consistent with community goals are selected by a specially trained team of community volunteers.
